The lawsuit against Isayas Atsibeha (aka Isayas Atsibeha Abaye), who is also a CISCO employee in San Jose, California, has been filed by journalist and human rights activist Abebe Gellaw.

According to sources, Abebe has also filed a separate lawsuit in Atlanta, Georgia, against the unnamed man that produced and broadcast on radio the alleged fabrication with a view to defaming and violating his constitutionally protected rights. The complaint stressed that the defendants have deliberately resorted to inciting violence, hatred and defamation just because he exercised his First Amendment Rights.
Isayas Abaye works at CISCO in the day and promotes tyranny and repressions in dark hours, activists allege. “Isayas Abaye deserves to be tried in a court of law. He is an interesting character that tries to enjoy the fruits of freedom in America and the full benefits of supremacist tyranny in Ethiopia. He lives in two totally opposite worlds.

Egyptian Politicians: Sabotage Ethiopia's New Dam By Hamza Hendawi, Associated Press June 4, 2013

Nile River RouteCAIRO - Politicians meeting with Egypt's president on Monday proposed hostile acts against Ethiopia, including backing rebels and carrying out sabotage, to stop it from building a massive dam on the Nile River upstream.
Some of the politicians appeared unaware the meeting with President Mohammed Morsi was being carried live on TV. Morsi did not directly react to the suggestions, but said in concluding remarks that Egypt respects Ethiopia and its people and will not engage in any aggressive acts against the East African nation

Morsi called the meeting to review the impact of
Ethiopia's $4.2 billion hydroelectric dam, which would be Africa's largest. Egypt in the past has threatened to go to war over its "historic rights" to Nile River water.
Morsi's office later said he had directed his foreign and irrigation ministers to maintain contact with the Ethiopian government to obtain more information on the dam and its likely impact on Egypt's share of the Nile water.
His office's statement included an ominous-sounding note, saying: "Egypt will never surrender its right to Nile water and all options (to safeguard it) are being considered."

Ethiopia Has Arisen! by Alemayehu G. Mariam

by Alemayehu G. Mariam
march in the streets of Addis Ababa.
On Ginbot 20,  1983 (Ethiopian calendar; [5/28/1991]), Meles Zenawi and thousands of his guerilla fighters marched into Addis Ababa toting AK-47s, RPGs and hand grenades. They marched into the capital promising democracy, freedom and liberation from a brutal military dictatorship. The people of the capital welcomed them with some anxiety; but they were greatly relieved to see a regime that had brutalized them for 17 years finally consigned to the dustbin of history.

On Ginbot 25, 2005 (Ethiopian calendar; [6/1/2013]), over one hundred thousand young men and women marched in the streets of Addis Ababa demanding the release of political prisoners, religious freedom, respect for human rights and the Constitution and public accountability.  They demanded action on youth unemployment, inflation and corruption. They marched armed with cell phones, placards and banners. They cried out for justice.  They sang songs of unity: “Ethiopia! Our Country!” They marched for their rights and the rights of their brothers and sisters and mothers and fathers. What a sight to behold! Tens of thousands of young people demanding their rights in a peaceful demonstration.
